On July 25, 2019, eight SCEA members and board members joined in on a lunch-time call to discuss the article So What Do You Do? Exploring Evaluator Descriptions of Their Work, a recent publication by Sarah Mason and Ashley Hunt. Facilitated by Board Member Dr. Anne T. Vo, the group chatted about challenges defining their evaluator role to individuals outside the field and navigating differences between evaluation and other similar entities such as assessment.
Our first learning circle was a success. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future.
