Today, November 27 is Giving Tuesday. Since its inaugural year in 2012, #GivingTuesday has become a movement that celebrates and supports giving and philanthropy.

SCEA is a volunteer-based organization that does not currently charge membership dues. In 2018, the SCEA Board worked towards creating infrastructure to revive the organization, hosted three events, increased our web and social media presence, collaborated with other institutions and AEA Local Affiliates, and held a retreat to plan the future of SCEA.

This #GivingTuesday, please consider making a donation today to help SCEA bring high quality programming to the local evaluation community in Southern California.

SCEA requests resources to support:

• Wild Apricot “Community” level subscription — $90/month
• Fees to register as a non-profit organization — $400 one-time
• SCEA member events in 2019 — $2,000 annually
• Zoom subscription — $20/month
